The Hinds Head

The body of the ranges, with black enamelled panelling and polished stainless steel trim, was built using the traditional craftsmanship of the Rorgue factory in Paris. The structure combined the latest in Swiss manufactured induction technology from Menu System, with multi zone induction cooking plates allowing for total control of the cooking process.

With Menu Systems supplying induction cooking plates to both the pantry and pastry area, the client has made a full commitment to the quality of the Menu Systems product.
