Another exclusive Caprice Holdings Group restaurant in Mayfair, and another coup for for Exclusive Ranges: we supply the cooking equipment package to all areas.

The highly favoured combination of Rorgue and Menu Systems for the ground floor display kitchen was set alongside a specially imported Argentinian grill.

The basement now has a traditional Rorgue bespoke production range to give the high output support for this busy restaurant. For the first floor private dinning room area, with its limited space and extraction facilities, we created a stand-alone cooking operation with a classic Menu Systems cooking suite including induction hobs, griddle plates and induction pasta cookers.
